The pleasures of reading the classics in translation
James Laughlin (1914-1997) was an important American publisher, editor and poet.

He wrote a extremely interesting article on the subject "The pleasures of reading the classics in translation". This text is available on-line in a Spanish translation (I have not been able to find a copy of the original version in the WWW).
